Anyone who needs more time! These confidential services are available for individuals or businesses who need the support to manage their busy lifestyles and work days. Our clients range from executives, couples, and business owners to single parents, seniors, and busy families. We have clients who work with us multiple times a week, and clients who only use us during busy times of the year.

How It Works 

1. Consult with your personal concierge
2. Confirm assignment
3. Pre-Pay for your first two hour minimum, then be  invoiced for any additional hours (rounded up to the 1/4 hour)
4. Leave it to your concierge--Job Done~The Answer is YES!

FEES

• Personal & Small Business Concierge Services: $50/hr
• Corporate Concierge Services: $60/hr



• There is a two-hour minimum for all first-time client services, which includes an optional first-time client, FREE 30-minute consultation of services--either in person or virtually. After two hours, fees are calculated at 15-minute increments.  We offer in-person services in the Chicago and North Shore Chicago area, including: Chicago, Wilmette, Glenview, Glencoe, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Skokie, Evanston, and Northbrook areas; virtual or remote work can be worldwide.
  

• Two hour minimum rates will be charged for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, unless medical or family emergency.

• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (CST), unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties, or for scheduled events.
  

• Premium rates may apply (15% additional hourly rate) for extended hours, weekends and national holidays.
      *Client will be made aware and agree upon rates before charges are billed.
  

• Refer a friend who uses our service, 2 hours minimum, and receive a 15% discount on your next service.

• Senior Discount (AARP card-carrying clients) receive a 10% discount on all services. Present membership when booking.
  

• We gladly accept credit cards, Paypal, cash, money orders, and personal checks.

• There is a $35 fee for all returned checks.
